Responding to Medicaid & OBBBA Changes: Our Commitment to Accessible Care

At Inspired Adult Care Center, we recognize the uncertainty that recent changes to Medicaid policy and the signing of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) may bring to families. These new guidelines—particularly around work requirements and income thresholds—could impact adult day care eligibility and funding for many who rely on these essential services.

We want to assure you: Inspired Adult Care Center is prepared to address these concerns with compassion and flexibility.

To support families potentially affected by these policy shifts, we will be introducing an income-based sliding scale to help make our services as accessible and affordable as possible. Our goal is to ensure that older adults—especially those living with dementia, depression, or other chronic conditions—can continue to benefit from high-quality day services and their caregivers can receive much-needed respite.

We believe that everyone deserves dignity, consistency, and compassionate care, regardless of income or insurance status. Our team is staying closely informed about policy updates and remains committed to helping each family navigate their options with clarity and support.

Accepted Insurance: Traditional Medicaid,  STAR+PLUS and Long-Term Care Policies

*There is a one time, non refundable enrollment fee of $65 for new members. 

Types of Accepted Private Pay Payment: Cashier Check, Zelle, and Credit/Debit Card:

*3% Service Charge added on all credit/debit card transactions

Drop In Hourly Rates: 

3 hours $22 per hours

4-7 hours $20 per hours 

8-10 hours $18 per hours 

***NOTE DROP IN RATES REQUIRES the 

minimum of 3-hours stay and must be paid upfront. 

Please call the center first to confirm Drop In availability. 

Drop In is not always guaranteed due occupancy restrictions.

Late charges:

Pickup times that extend regular operations hours will incur a $5 fee every 10 minutes increments up to 6:00 p.m.

$30 - Additional fee after 6:00 p.m.

Additional charge of $1.00 per minute after 6:05 p.m.

There is a 5% late fee is charged to any invoice paid after the 15th of the corresponding month. 

Payments Accepted Schedule is weekly or Monthly.
