To ensure long-term affordability, we offer an income-based sliding scale for eligible full-time participants, subject to income verification renewal every six months, with temporary hardship extensions applied ethically and compassionately in qualifying circumstances. 

• Please inquire about income based eligibility prior or during enrollment.

Accepted payment sources include long-term care policies, VA/TRI-CARE, Debit or Credit Card and Cashier Check . 

• The center offers an income-based sliding scale for eligible full-time participants to make services more accessible. 

• There is a one-time administrative enrollment fee of $65 is required for all new enrollments, 

Starting from October 1, 2025 Mandatory Enrollment Requirement: 

• a minimum two-full-day-a-week enrollment. 

• a minimum three-halve-day-a-week enrollment. 

New client enrollments are scheduled Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Please call first to schedule enrollment appointment. The center does not accommodate enrollments outside these hours. 

Contracted or partnered healthcare providers are welcome to conduct scheduled therapy or assessments on-site.

Inspired Health Training is a Certified Training Center providing Adult First Aid, Pediatric First Aid, CPR/AED All Ages, Wilderness First AID, Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP), Child and Baby Sitting (CABS), Administration of Epinephrine Auto Injectors (EAI), Oxygen, Stop Life Threatening Bleeding, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advance First Aid certification courses to support community caregivers, professionals, and families. To ensure affordability while maintaining quality instruction, class enrollment is secured through online booking with payment collected at the time of registration. Our training model offers structured class days, capped class sizes for personalized attention, and automated confirmations with reminders. If a participant misses a scheduled course, we provide ethical rescheduling and refund options based on timely cancellation and documented hardship exceptions, in alignment with consumer protection standards. Our goal is to strengthen the community by equipping individuals with lifesaving credentials while supporting accessible, reliable enrollment for all learners.

Training Center Refund Policy:

1. You may cancel up to 48 hours before class for a full refund or free reschedule.

2. Cancellations within 24–48 hours receive a 50% refund or free reschedule.

3. No-shows or cancellations under 24 hours are not refunded, but one reschedule is allowed. 

• All rescheduled classes must be taken within 30 days

4. Cancellations due to verified emergency hardship (job loss, illness, accident); one free reschedule valid up to 90 days
